Journaling Workshop

So many of us get stuck in the flurry of daily activities that we lose the opportunity to connect with our most creative selves. Enter: journaling. Journaling allows doors to open and thoughts to flow freely. The page is the space to dream without outside naysayers. It’s the space where the self connects to the self. Like other meditative practices, journaling has numerous health benefits. One study showed that journaling for only 15-20 minutes a day over the course of a four month period lowers blood pressure and improves liver functionality. It’s also a fun way to manage stress. If you’re new to journaling (or an old-timer), join our upcoming journaling workshop Wednesday, October 28th from 6-7PM EST via Zoom. Ages: 18-35. All you need is pen, paper, and yourself.
