Summer Goal-Setting Workshop

When it comes to summer, we all have plans. Sometimes, those plans get thwarted by a pandemic. Other times, it’s the more typical setbacks like forgetting, getting distracted, or simply not making the time or energy for what’s important to you. If you want this summer to be different, join our summer goal-setting workshop Saturday, June 26th from 10AM-11AM EST (on Zoom). We’ll provide tips on how to choose your goals, how many goals to do at once, how to get really specific using the SMARTER technique with your goals, how to set the best ways to stay on target, and what to do if you get a bit derailed. Finally, we’ll discuss how to celebrate the achievement of your goals! Make this summer different. Join us this Saturday with paper and pen on Zoom. Email us at ProjectMEEvents @gmail.com with your name and email address to RSVP!

Journaling Workshop

Journaling Workshop

So many of us get stuck in the flurry of daily activities that we lose the opportunity to connect with our most creative selves. Enter: journaling. Journaling allows doors to open and thoughts to flow freely. The page is the space to dream without outside naysayers. It’s the space where the self connects to the self. Like other meditative practices, journaling has numerous health benefits. One study showed that journaling for only 15-20 minutes a day over the course of a four month period lowers blood pressure and improves liver functionality. It’s also a fun way to manage stress. If you’re new to journaling (or an old-timer), join our upcoming journaling workshop Wednesday, October 28th from 6-7PM EST via Zoom. Ages: 18-35. All you need is pen, paper, and yourself. Email ProjectMEEvents@gmail.com for the Zoom link or DM us on IG @TeamProjectME

Is This Adulting? Navigating Your Twenties in NYC with Cindy Pierce

What does it mean to be a woman or non-binary individual living in NYC in your twenties? Do you ever ask yourself: am I really adulting? Am I doing what I’m supposed to do when I’m supposed to do it? What does it mean to date, work, and find the balance between surviving and thriving in a city that values productivity over sleep? What if the “time of your life” really isn’t panning out? Is technology helping or hurting us? Where do we draw the line between online and private personas? How do we find authenticity in a world that seems to demand that we showcase our perfections while kicking our vulnerabilities under the rug? Do you feel constricted by society's definition of how a woman should be?

Join Social Sexuality Educator, Author, and Comic Storyteller Cindy Pierce to laugh, discuss, and dine while exploring the above topics and more!
